24/7 Security

Manned gate entrance. CCTV at entry point. Regular patrols. Emergency response protocol. You feel safe. Your parents feel safe.

Road Maintenance & Infrastructure

Wide, paved streets. Street lighting (motion-sensor). Regular sweeping and cleaning. Pothole repairs. Roads stay perfect.

Waste Management

Daily wet/dry waste collection from each villa. Segregation. Responsible disposal. No litter in common areas.

Common Area Maintenance

Gardens, walking paths, gathering spaces, playground. Maintained daily. Landscaping, pest control, seasonal care.

Administration & Vendor Coordination

Property management office. Staff for issues, complaints, vendor coordination. Response SLA: 24 hours for non-emergency, 1 hour for emergency.

Emergency Response

24/7 emergency response. Medical, security, infrastructure. Call the office, help arrives fast.

On-Site Facilities (Plot 7 — Community Hub)

On-Site Facilities

Plot 7 is the heart of OPAL. Owned and operated by Aeonn Ark.

Community Clinic

Doctor on-call. Basic diagnostics: BP, glucose, cholesterol, general checkups. Health records digitized. Tie-up with Chettinad Hospital for emergencies and specialists.

Monday–Friday: 9 AM–1 PM, 3 PM–6 PM · Saturday: 9 AM–1 PM · Emergency: 24/7

Included in maintenance (basic check-ups). Tests and prescriptions billed separately.

Pharmacy

Essential medicines on-site. No need to leave the community for everyday medicines. Ordered from trusted suppliers.

Monday–Saturday: 9 AM–6 PM Sunday: 10 AM–1 PM

Medicine cost only. No markup.

Mini Supermarket

Daily essentials: groceries, vegetables, dairy, bread, toiletries. No need to go to the city for basics.

Daily: 8 AM–8 PM

Standard retail prices.

Cloud Kitchen Meals
