Infrastride collects information necessary to fulfil its responsibilities as a real estate developer, builder–promoter, and construction service provider, and to comply with statutory obligations such as RERA filings, agreement execution, registration,and financial audits.Information is collected through voluntary user submissions, project interactions, and automated website tracking mechanisms.
We collect personal information directly from individuals during enquiries, bookings, documentation, construction approvals, and post-sales interactions. Additionally, information is gathered automatically when users interact with the website. If we collect data about children under 18, we first get verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.

The types of information collected include:

• Personal Identification: name, phone number, email address, physical address
• Statutory KYC Documents: Aadhaar, PAN, passport, address proof. Adhaar details, where collected, are requested only where legally required or voluntarily provided for identity verification purposes permitted under applicable law. Infrastride does not use Aadhaar information for any purpose other than verification, statutory compliance, or documentation where lawfully permitted, and applies reasonable security and access restrictions.
• Financial Information: bank details shared for booking, UTR numbers, cheque details, payment confirmations
• Loan Documents: sanction letters, income proofs, customer-provided documentation for loan processing
• Property & Construction Information: plot selections, booking documents, Allotment Letters, Agreements for Sale, construction drawings, structural approvals, material specifications
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, analytics data, cookies
• In exceptional cases where information relating to minors is required (such as where a minor is a nominee or allottee under applicable law), such information is collected only with verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian and solely for lawful documentation purposes.

Sensitive Personal Data Consent Notice

Where we collect Sensitive Personal Data or Information, including Aadhaar, PAN, bank account details, or other financial information, such collection is undertaken only where necessary for lawful, contractual, or statutory purposes. By voluntarily submitting such information, you expressly consent to its collection, use, storage, and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law. You may withdraw such consent in writing, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.

All information is collected exclusively for legitimate, contractual, and statutory purposes.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Infrastride uses your information exclusively for real estate and construction operations, and the obligations that arise under developer, builder–promoter, and construction management roles. The collected information enables the Company to respond to enquiries, furnish project details, manage bookings, execute agreements, complete registrations, and deliver construction services.

Your information is used to evaluate service requirements, provide DTCP/RERA-approved layout information, schedule site visits, follow up on project queries, and maintain communication regarding pricing, availability, and approvals. If you proceed with booking, your details allow us to verify identity, draft Booking Forms, issue Allotment Letters, prepare and execute Agreement for Sale, handle statutory documentation,and maintain compliance with RERA regulations.

For customers who opt for villa construction, your information is essential for coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers. It enables processing of design approvals, maintaining internal documentation, issuing progress updates, and ensuring adherence to technical and contractual specifications.

Your information is also processed to comply with strict statutory obligations, including RERA requirements, registration procedures, Stamp Duty compliance, Income Tax Act obligations, and legally mandated audit trails. Beyond these, information is used for quality control, internal governance, security enhancement, fraud prevention, and to maintain operational oversight consistent with Aeonn Ark’s governance and compliance framework.

3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Infrastride processes personal information on the following legal grounds:

Processing is based on your explicit consent when you voluntarily submit information via digital forms, WhatsApp messages, email communications, or physical documentation. It is also necessary for the performance of contracts, including preparing booking documents, executing agreements, coordinating construction activities, issuing invoices, and registering sale deeds.

Additionally, Infrastride is legally obligated to process information to comply with RERA, the Registration Act, Stamp Duty laws, Income Tax Act, and statutory retention requirements. Beyond consent and contractual necessity, information may also be processed under legitimate business interests, including fraud detection, internal governance, operational efficiency, security enhancement, and dispute resolution.

Withdrawal of consent shall not affect processing that is required for performance of contracts, compliance with legal obligations, or statutory record retention. Where consent is withdrawn for non-essential processing, Infrastride may be unable to provide certain services or communications.

4. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

Infrastride does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Any sharing of information is strictly limited, purposeful, and compliant with legal obligations.

Information may be shared internally with authorised teams such as Sales, CRM, Legal, Documentation, Finance, Engineering, Construction, and Aeonn Ark’s Governance and Audit departments. Internal sharing is carefully controlled to ensure accurate execution of agreements, documentation verification, construction coordination, payment management, and statutory reporting.

Externally, information may be disclosed to government authorities including RERA, Sub-Registrar Offices, municipal bodies, and taxation authorities. We may also share information with banks, financial institutions, architects, structural engineers, contractors, and legal counsel, but only for purposes directly related to the transaction and only with appropriate safeguards. Information may also be shared with technology service providers responsible for CRM systems, hosting, cloud storage, or communication channels.

Where personal data is transferred outside India, such transfers are undertaken only to entities that provide reasonable data protection safeguards, including contractual confidentiality obligations and security measures consistent with Indian law. By using our services and submitting information, you consent to such cross-border transfers where necessary for operational or technical purposes.

Disclosures may also occur when required by law, court order, regulatory directive, or enforcement authority.

5. DATA STORAGE, SECURITY & RETENTION

Infrastride employs stringent administrative, physical, and technological safeguards to protect personal information. Data is stored on secured servers, encrypted systems, or protected cloud infrastructure with restricted access, authentication controls, and internal audit trails. Information shared physically is protected through controlled documentation processes and authorised personnel access.

Despite extensive precautions, no digital system can guarantee absolute security. By using our website, you acknowledge inherent risks associated with data transmission.

We retain personal information only for the duration necessary to fulfil contractual obligations, adhere to statutory requirements, maintain audit trails, support construction warranty processes, and address potential disputes. Information does not subject to legal retention mandates may be deleted upon verified request. We keep your data only as long as needed for contracts, legal requirements, or to answer questions. If a data breach occurs, we’ll tell you and authorities as required by law, explain what happened, and what we’re doing to fix it. In the event of a data breach affecting personal information, Infrastride shall take reasonable steps to investigate, mitigate, and notify affected individuals and authorities where required under applicable law, within a reasonable time.

6. USER RIGHTS

Users have the right to access personal information maintained by Infrastride, request corrections, withdraw consent for non-essential processing, or request deletion of information not required by contract or statute. Users may also opt out of marketing communication, including promotional emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages. You can choose whether you want marketing messages from us. To stop them, use the unsubscribe link in messages or contact us. To see or correct your data, or withdraw consent, email our IT admin. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

However, certain categories of data cannot be deleted due to legal and regulatory obligations. This includes RERA-mandated records, payment history, agreements, tax-related documents, registration documentation, and statutory audit information.
