You're 70. Your daughter is busy. First floor is rented to another family. ₹25–30K/month rental income helps with maintenance and services. You keep the ground floor for yourself and visiting family.
The Long-Term Plan
You downsize here at 60. Live on ground floor. Rent first floor to offset costs. Then at 75, you move to first floor (one floor, easier), and rent ground floor.
